Heavenly Meadows is a Christian organization (NOT a 501c3) that focuses on equine rescue*, rehabilitation, adoption* and education. We also help EX-PMU farms place their horses by listing them on our site.

*Please know that HMHR is no longer in the position to take in any horses, however, we help anyone that needs help finding loving homes for their horses by listing them on our site for FREE. So, if you have a horse that needs a loving home (or know someone that does) we will gladly help in any way we can by listing them on our site and spreading the word through e-mails!

HORSE(S) OF THE WEEK
A dear friend to HMHR who has adopted several horses through us and helped us save 4 horses who would have died without her help needs our help to save more!! Terrie in Central, FL and rescues everything from horses to pigs. She rescued 3 horses on the brink of death the weekend of 5/31/08 and needs help to get them the care they need (vet/farrier/feed). She found a loving home for one, this one needs A LOT of work, the last one sadly passed away. Like us, Terrie is not a 501c3 rescue and is doing this out of HER OWN pocket. PLEASE help Terrie!
